What pills really work to lose body fat?

Ok well i have little body fat and im trying to lose it by excercising but i wanna know do pills really work?
Ive been going to the gym for 2 months now.
The prescription ones work with diet and exercise. Almost all the over the counter pills DO NOT WORK except for alli. But alli isnt all that great and has very bad side effects. Not many people like having oily stools and like pooping in their pants. Lipo6, hydroxycut, and all the others do not really work. Check out fatnews.com and read up
